**I.T. Customer Support Technician**

**Duties:**

- 1 to 3 years of I.T. Experience, Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients via phone, email, chat, & onsite visits

- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

- Upsell products and services to maximize customer satisfaction and company revenue

- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information

- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive experience

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and resolve complex issues

- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or provide updates

**Skills:**

- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal communication skills

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Proficient in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail

- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell products or services

- Experience in outbound calling is preferred
